Registration after November 1 will be accepted on-site only.

Registration Fee

The following are included in the fee:

◈ access to all plenary lectures and invited talks

◈ access to the poster exhibition

◈ a copy of the program booklet

Faculty or Research Staff (includes postdoctoral fellows, research associates/assistants)	JPY 10,000
Research Students - with documentation from unit head/supervisor or other guarantor (includes interns, postgraduate students)	JPY 7,000

On-site Registration

Faculty or Research Staff (includes postdoctoral fellows, research associates/assistants)	JPY 15,000
Research Students - with documentation from unit head/supervisor or other guarantor (includes interns, postgraduate students)	JPY 7,000

Reception Party

Participants who wish to join the reception party (Nov. 24^th, 18:30~) are asked to pay the following charge.

Faculty or Research Staff (including postdoctoral fellows, research associates/assistants)	JPY 5,000
Research Students - with documentation from unit head/supervisor or other guarantor (including interns, postgraduate students)	JPY 3,000

The reception party fees are the same regardless of registration method.
