Abstract submission

After your account registration, you should send the abstract by 25th Jan 2013 (Friday) 24:00. Please download and fill in the abstract format, following some rules listed below.

The abstract should be sent to iss-committee@lif.kyoto-u.ac.jp. with the SUBJECT given in the format; 11thISSAbstract(Given (Middle) Family). 

e.g. 11thISSAbstract(Homer Jay Simpson), 11thISSAbstract(Tarou Kyoudai)

Abstract document Rules

  • Style rules:
    • Font Family: Times New Roman
    • Title:
      • Font Size: 12 point
      • Font Face: Bold
      • Alignment: Left
    • Author(s):
      • Font Size: 10.5 point
      • Alignment: Left
      • Add * before the presenter
    • Affiliation(s):
      • Font Size: 10.5 point
      • Alignment: Left
    • Abstract:
      • Font Size: 10.5 point
      • Alignment: Right and left justification
      • Maximum words: 250 words
    • Keywords:
      • Font Size: 10.5 point
      • Alignment: Left
      • 6 words or less, separated by commas
  • Other rules:
    • Language: English
    • File Format: Microsoft Word Document (*.doc)
    • File Name Format: 11thISS(Given (Middle) Family) format.doc | e.g. 11thISS(Homer Jay Simpson) format.doc, or 11thISS(Tarou Kyoudai) format.doc
    • Do NOT use two-byte characters (Only Alphabets are accepted to use)
    • Fill in all necessary information within a SINGLE A4
